1 - SYMONS-NORDBERG Model 5125 Standard Portable Cone Crusher, S/N 42064, mfr 1977 as a size 5100; 1982 converted to size 5125. Extra coarse bowl and extra coarse liners; counterclockwise crushing. Duckworth Style Locking System. Unit has manual adjust and hydraulic clearing.
Motor is a Toshiba 200 HP, 6 pole, 460 Volts, 505UZ frame, 1130 RPM, 1.15 S.F. , 60 Hz
Mounted on a 2-axle carrier with new tires and brakes. Rear discharge underconveyor.

CONDITION REPORT:
Symons-Nordberg 5125 Standard Portable Cone Crusher, S/N 42064. Crusher was set up as a standard cone inDin with extra coarse bowl and extra coarse liners. Manufactured in 1977 as a size 5100, later in 1982 converted the socket assembly to the newer style 5125. Unit identical with the 4-1/4' cone but the socket liner is still different and won't interchange with a 4-1/4' cone.
Mainframe shows no cracking and has a new liner
Counter shaft bore fit is tight
Adjustment ring threads are 60%
Bowl threads are 60%
Head assembly looks good
Shaft is tight
Gear looks good
Replace socket liner
fit on socket is tight
The crusher includes the lubrication pump, tank, Drive, Chassis, Underconveyor and Cone Crusher.
It does not include the electrical starter panel, the Panel Disconnect, Breaker, or Bologna Wire to go from the Motor Drive to Starter Panel.
