1 - VECOR 16' x 30' Ball Mill with 2700 KW motor

SPECIFATIONS:
- Motor: Hawker Sideley sliping motor 2700kw, 6600 volts, 745 RPM, 292 amps, RV - 2336, RA- 681, DP enclosure, star connection, B-class insulation, 3 phase 50 Htz.
- Year of manufacture: 1985
- Condition reported to be good.
- Bearings: DE -C1122, NDE C1122.
- Motor starters also available.
- Motor includes the drive shaft coupling
- Barring Gear: David Brown & B.E.W gearboxes size 10" SMR ratio 7.5:1 and size 20" RHU ratio 30:1.
- Gearbox: David Brown size 54" CRS, speed 738/124.4 RPM, HP norm = 3600. Includes all couplings for drive shafts and barring gear.
- Pinion Gear: Face width = 805mm, Number of teeth = 36, Pinion fitted onto shaft with a keyway. Shaft diameter = 300mm, Pinion. tooth top width is ±3-4mm and has been run on both sides. The other pinion (for no.6 mill) is in very good condition. Tooth top width = 12mm and the unit has only been run on one side.
- Girth Gear: Face Width = 805mm, Number of teeth = 280 (140 per half)
All the pinion and girthgear guards with lubrication system also available and complete with oil tank and all pumps etc.
- Bearings: White metal bearings are in fair condition with housing.

- Trunions:
Inlet trunion in fair condition, bolt holes still round and trunion ±120mm thick. There is some wash visible in patches of ±25mm deep.
Outlet trunion also fair condition and has a bit more wash than the inlet trunion. Wash in various patches of between 30mm and 50mm deep. Only selected areas washed and not the whole trunion. Trunion is 120mm thick.

- Shell:
Good condition. Bolt holes are round and no wear visible around the bolt holes.
2 doors per shell. There is some wash around the door areas as well as some wash in selected areas around the shell. The worst wash ±15mm deep near the end of the shells in small patches. Shell thickness is 40mm measures in various places along the shell. Shell flanges are still good.
