SubjectOscillating Mining Riffles

DetailsFor Sale Are three sets of riffles. The skids are 25ft long and 6 feet wide. Each set has a discharge chute that both riffles dump into as well as a clean out tray for each tub. The skids have swing out brackets to hold walk way planks as seen on the set that is on the truck. The tubs are set up with drag links under the bearing support frames that introduce an oscillating motion when rocked from side to side. Sleeve type support bearings allow the tubs to move in a linear direction as well as a rocking direction. The frames where built to accommodate a hydraulic unit with a Char-Lynn drive motor. The drive unit is not with the units but shows how it was arranged on the skid. This unit was in service for a short while. There are no drag links, hydraulic motors or hydraulic units with these riffles. These riffles are being offered as is where is at $5000.00 each. You load it and haul it. I think that the way to move these units is with a modern car mover that the towing companies use. They could back in and winch the unit onto their truck and take it wherever for transfer to a larger truck. The units weigh approx: 4500 Lbs. each. We used a forklift to load the unit onto a truck.
